Overview
In our Design Team Challenge groups will compete in a pitch to win business based on an actual company brief. They will have to create marketing materials from scratch and at the end of the session teams will need to present their marketing strategy, mock ups, strap lines, mission statements, designs and products to the panel of judges.
How it works
Each team represents a design agency who has been asked to pitch a new marketing strategy for a particular project and customer. Teams must consider budget, target market, unique selling point and all design elements.
The Objectives
To be aware of the bigger picture rather than focusing on individual tasks.
To build trust between people that work together.
To demonstrate issues related to team dynamics, problem solving, time management, organisation, and leadership under time constraints.
Revitalise a one team philosophy.
Results
At the end of the session each team will present their marketing strategy to the judges. This is a very enlightening and fun session, which has actually resulted in new marketing ideas being created and considered for future company strategies.

Our Requirements
Minimum of 1 x 5ft round table per team
2 x 6ft rectangle tables for materials area
