Corporate Quiz Mania
2hrs to 4hrs Activity - (suitable for 10 – 500 guests - Indoors- Usually held over a meal)
A professionally produced quiz is a great way to break the ice at any event. Quiz evenings work particularly well for after dinner or conference entertainment. Our quiz evenings have entertained across the UK and Europe and include audio-visual production, lighting effects, impressive visual quiz rounds and a professional compere.
Our quizzes are generally designed to work around your dinner. With a welcome introduction during your starter, two rounds between each course and three rounds after dessert, providing a full evenings entertainment. The quiz will usually last for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours and incorporate up to eight ten minute rounds. Rounds include; general knowledge, sports, spot the difference, movie world, true or false, name that tune, what happens next and fun conundrum rounds. If appropriate, we can incorporate a Corporate round into the quiz – all we would need from you is a list of 10 questions and answers relating to your company. Assuming your guests are seated at tables of ten, we divide each table into two teams of five. This way all guests are very much involved in their team. Under the standard format, teams are asked to simply ‘exchange’ papers to mark other teams answers. This adds to the enjoyment of the evening as teams can joke about the opposition’s responses!

Bronze Quiz Package (Recommended for up to 60 people)
This package is designed for small, informal and ‘fun’ events where only a small PA and basic lighting is required. What is included:
- Quiz design including company branding and ‘Corporate round’
- Video Projection with show laptop, 8ft x 6ft screen and projector or plasma
- Professional compere & 1 crew
- Trilite lectern
- Compere microphone, 2 speaker PA and background music
- Basic compere performance lighting
- We will require a minimum set up time of 1 hour
- Performance area required: 4m wide x 3m deep. Minimum ceiling height 2.7m
Silver Quiz Package (Recommended for up to 150 people)
This package is designed to create a stronger impact, incorporating full sound reinforcement and more advanced set lighting. What is included:
- Quiz design including company branding and ‘Corporate round’
- Video Projection with show laptop, 10ft x 7.5ft screen and projector
- Professional compere & 1 crew
- Trilite lectern
- Compere microphone, 4 speaker PA and background music
- 6m Starcloth Backdrop and enhanced lighting
- We will require a minimum set up time of 1 hour 30 minutes
- Performance area required: 7m wide x 4m deep. Minimum ceiling height 3.2m
Gold Quiz Package (Recommended for up to 250 people)
This package is designed to create a highly impressive impact incorporating full sound reinforcement and stunning intelligent set lighting. What is included:
- Quiz design including company branding and ‘Corporate round’
- Video Projection with show laptop, 10ft x 7.5ft screen and projector
- Professional compere & 2 crew
- Trilite lectern
- Compere microphone, 6 speaker PA and background music
- 12m Starcloth Backdrop, advanced moving lighting and 3m x 2m stage
- We will require a minimum set up time of 2 hours
- Substantial mains power (eg 2x32amp rings) or 3 phase power required
- Performance area required: 13m wide x 4m deep. Minimum ceiling height 3.2m
90 Minute – 2 Hour Activity (Over Dinner)
We can also incorporate full stage sets including awards statues, glamorous assistants, full production lighting and handheld remote voting systems (either for individuals or teams) which add a superb dynamic to the quiz packages and can produce the most stunning event!
