Overview

Team Tactics is an ideal activity for both indoor and outdoor events. This activity uses a range of challenges and games that tackle different issues within any group. We can tailor Team Tactics to your company’s objectives and time scales ensuring you get the results you want. The emphasis is very much on addressing team issues in a fun and enjoyable way, within the session we can cover a combination of the following;

Leadership skills
Creativity
Time management
Creating team identity
Communication
The value of group effort
Build trust between the team
Create common team language
Improve team effectiveness
Encourage sharing of information

The Objectives

The session will include a selection of team tactics challenges which the teams will rotate around within a set time. There will be an instructor at each game to brief the teams and the activities will include a combination of; Photo Art, Water Shortage, Picture This, Close Up, Great Egg Launch, Cat Thief, Who's line is it anyway? The Gallery, Blind Summit, Jigsaw, Hold the Front Page, Green Machine, Art Attack, In the Mix and Musical Methods.
