Typical Itinerary
Times are flexible to suit requirements
11.00am - Firebird team start to arrive for installation of equipment
12.45am - Installation of equipment completed and all Firebird actors / staff are briefed on health and safety issues and the events schedule
1.50pm - On route actors take their stations
2.00pm - Afternoon introduction and safety information over coffee.
2.15pm - Clock Starts: Treasure Hunt begins – teams depart five minutes apart – for events with large numbers, short cryptic activities will be introduced whilst teams are waiting to depart
4.15pm - Teams return with their findings.
4.20pm - Debrief and awards ceremony to teams and individuals
4.30pm - Guests depart
4.45pm - The Firebird team start dismantling equipment
6.30pm - All equipment is off site and area is cleared of any rubbish
Your Aim
After a briefing from our compere the group is split into their teams. Equipped with their ‘tablet’ teams depart from base camp and must decide upon a strategy of which challenges they are going to attempt first… Along the way they must complete a number of tasks including;
- Collecting a variety of ‘scavenger’ items
- Solving cryptic clues on route
- Completing photographic and video challenges
- Negotiating with various 'characters' (tramp / artist / Royalty etc)
Teams are marked on completing all of the above tasks and on finishing within the allowed time… points will be deducted for those that return late!
